About Susan

My husband and I have made our home in the peaceful mountains of Western North Carolina since 1992, when we worked together to run our home remodeling business. Together, we have built four homes, renovated two others, and renovated countless homes for clients. I have always taken an active part in designing and building these homes. From hanging ridge rafters to laying hardwood floors, I have gained much respect and understanding of what goes into a well-built home. Since starting my Real Estate Career iin 2003, I have won many sales awards and, more importantly to me, several Quality Service Awards. I was Broker in Charge of a small office for several years, managing nine other agents. Feeling the need to return to what I love about real estate, I stepped down as the managing broker in 2017 to concentrate on my clients and their needs as a Broker Associate.
